The video lays it out well, instead of one great cow a year like most farms, he gets like 100 times more amazing cows (just me doing a little estimation)
Its as simple as developing a system where by every cow gets genetic testing identifies cows that are worth reproducing and then speeding up the process so they are reproduced.
